Emotions are a part of us and feeling overwhelmed from time to time is a natural part of life. It also pertains to the activity of thinking about our feelings and behaviour and identifying the reasons which may lie behind them. Dealing with everyday stresses have become a part of life these days. Especially since the Covid pandemic started more than a couple of years ago, life has changed. Working from home started and with it the uncertainty of job security, growing cost of living, family pressures etc. The rising bills which keep increasing, the work pressures which keep escalating and the family commitments and responsibilities which become increasingly demanding. These and other related factors sometimes cause our stress levels to skyrocket and become unmanageable.
