Great post on how to achieve a positive mindset! I especially like your suggestions of starting positively and being surrounded with positive people. These are both supported by the field of positive psychology, which asks what it means to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I write about related topics in my own blog posts to help people on their own journey towards lives more worth living. Feel free to check out the content and I welcome any contributions that you may have. Great post, keep up the good work, and I hope that you are doing well!
