Get what you want from LIFE

What is life and are we getting what we want from it ? This is a question which may bother many of us. Of course the existence of living things is one aspect. But other dictionary meanings say that life is a verve, energy, excitement, sparkle etc. so the question may arise whether we are getting those things from our lives and are we satisfied with what we are achieving. Going further we could also say that it is the sum of the ideals we impose on it, or what we demand of it to be happy and fulfilled.

Reaching out to people is a skill which is essential for a competent leader. It is empathy which enables a person to know whether they have been successful in their efforts. It is also the ability to emotionally connect and understand what another person is feeling, see things from their perspective and put yourself in their position to feel what they maybe feeling.
