
How is it that some people seem to be in control during tough and difficult circumstances, while other seem to be lost and without hope ? It is the inner ability to be tough, face up to difficult odds and with it possess the flexibility to adjust and adapt oneself that gives a person the strength to cope with hardship and stress. Dealing with change is an inevitable part of our lives and the changes or adversities we may be facing these days is a part of the cycle.

In the world today being a WINNER is a sign of success. On the other hand, if somebody fails or is unproductive in our society he or she is marked as being unsuccessful. But most people are somewhere in between winning and losing and end up by winning in some areas of their lives and not so much so in others. However, victory is the ultimate factor for most of us and we tend to live and die by it.
The year has begun. Goal setting processes have started and maybe still in progress. However why not try it out in a new fashion to make it more effective by utilizing the Domino Effect.
In all work environments the pressures ebb and flow, during different times of the year, new product launches etc. other activities depending on the business and function you are working in. At times we feel that we are in control of our work and that’s good, but at other times we are lost when unexpected issues, setbacks or pressures from colleague’s absence may cause tensions and stress. It is in such scenarios that if you keep your focus and manage our productivity levels that you can easily come out on top.
Who does not want to be successful ? I am sure you do. We all do so in the different walks of our life, be it our education, jobs, physical fitness, personal lives etc. Not only that, we also link it to our level of happiness. But when we really sit down to assess how to go about it; we tend to back off, as it all seems to involve a lot of work.
